Individual counselling - $85 for a 60 minute session - $110 for a 75 minute session
-$125 for a 90 minute session - $150 for a 120 minute sessionCouple counselling - $95 for a 60 minute session - $120 for a 75 minute session
-$140 for a 90 minute session - $165 for a 120 minute session-Please note: All new clients are required to have one extra payment on file to be used if necessary for missed appointment/short notice cancellation charges.
This extra payment on file needs to be replenished if it is used, so clients are always one extra payment in credit. This credit will be refunded upon termination of counselling provided proper notice of termination is given.
Partial or complete financial coverage may be available through extended health benefits that recognize Registered Professional Counsellors (RPC) or the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (CCPCP). Please check your extended benefits plan for details of applicable coverage. Clients are expected to pay for sessions themselves and then submit receipts for reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to verify reimbursement.
Please feel free to call or email if financial reasons are an issue for you. I can usually work out a sliding scale fee schedule that will help make counselling feasible. All sessions are to be paid in full by cash, cheque, or credit card at each appointment unless alternate third party payment arrangements have been made in advance.
Short-Notice Cancellation Fee: Appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of half (½) of the total session charge. This charge may be waived if we can move your appointment to another time in the same week.
No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment (that you hadn’t canceled) or if you cancel on the same day as your appointment time you will be charged the full fee for the session. If you are inclined to forget appointments please let me know – I will arrange to call you in advance to confirm your appointments.
Phone consultations lasting more than 15 minutes will be charged at the hourly rate.
If your insurance company should ask for a letter or report to be mailed on your behalf, you will be billed for the time required to prepare the document, at the hourly rate.
If a cheque of yours is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, you will be responsible for reimbursing any bank fees charged to my account for your returned cheque.
